Do I have to sign-up to try your services?
Yes, by signing up or registering you will be able to use the services we offer. Please contact us to try our services.
How will I send my files?
You can upload and submit the files through your dashboard on our website. You will also be able to download the completed job under “My Jobs”. You also can send your files through Google Drive or Dropbox if you have files organized in a certain folders. Simply fillout an order form on our website with correct number of images and share them at dpixelproteam@dpixelpro.com.
How many files can I upload at one time?
Our uploading system can handle a 1GB of total files per submission. If you have a total of more than 1GB, we recommend to split them and send them in another form. Uploading time depending on the sizes of each file. Please allow the submission process to be done and at the end, you should see a “Submitted Successfully” message.
What image format do you accept?
We accept most file format, JPG, PNG, PSD, and Raw. Due to high volume on busy season, Raw files might be enabled. However, we will be providing an alternative link to drag and drop your files.
What is your turn around time?
Our standard turn around time is 24 hours. It may take 48 hours depending on how many images you submitted. The time clock starting upon uploading and submitting the files.
How do you remove the background from the subject that was not shot on green screen?
We use masking and clipping path to manually extract the subject from the background. Our designated quality control team will then check the quality before sending back the completed files to you.
What is your pricing?
Pricing depends on how many images you send and the turn around time you choose. Please click the link for pricing information https://dpixelpro.com/extraction/.
Do you also accept green screen or blue screen?
Yes. We use dedicated software that removes green or blue background effectively. Unlike the chroma-key software, Dpixelpro’s software produces fine hair detail, shadows, cleaner background and remove unwanted spill in your subject.
What type of files do you recommend as final product for the extraction?
We recommend to choose Png files as final product for extraction. PSD and TIFF files can also be chosen if you need these type of files. It may take longer to download for high volume extraction.
